5. Besides watching your foods intake, you have to be careful about what you drink as well. Forget about alcohol, cofee, tea, sodas drinks, and so on. Drink plenty of water as this is what keeps your body flush your toxins from your body.
6. You should drink milk, but not more than one glass per day. Milk is healthy for your bones so do not eliminate it from your diet.
7. One drink recipe that helps with losing weight quickly is warm water with honey and lime juice drank in the morning. Or you could try to drink just warm water, the same before eating your breakfast.

Your body do not only needs a healthy diet, but also regular exercise. So, for optimum results you have to combine them together. There are lots of ways to exercise to lose weight and for all budgets. If you can afford going to a gym, do it. If you like walking, then just walk everyday. Yoga is also another safe way to lose weight and very entertaining as well since you will meet other interesting people along the way.
